MEET CHEF ANDRES MARTELLO
I am a professional chef, I just moved to the state of Florida, I have 8 years of experience in the kitchen, I like to cook all kinds of food, capturing the culture and roots of any country and its different regions on a plate.
The last few years I have been working for prestigious restaurants in New York City.
I currently work for the prestigious Riviera Dining Group. You might know RDG as the force behind Mila, located in Miami Beach, which serves up a menu inspired by both Mediterranean and Japanese cuisines, and which recently added several other concepts, including the members-only MM Club, the ten-seat Mila Omakase, and Mila Lounge. Riviera Dining Group also operates South Beach’s Bâoli Miami and Ava Mediterraegean located in Winter Park.
